Just a few simple rules...

• We accept all kinds of female apparels, except underwear, leggings, scarfs and socks.
• Your clothes should be clean and in good condition (without any visible damage, dirt and pilling).

1. Send the photos of the clothes you intend to clean-out to our Instagram acccount: @retrovert.collect for initial screening.
2.  Take the clothes we accept to our Mongkok Store. We offer free MTR/door-to-door pick up for 20+ items.
3. That's it! We'll send you your coupon code within 7 working days.
